SIRIUS - the brighter Star on the Night Sky
It is with great anticipation that we unveil the rejuvenated concept for the SIRIUS Academy Awards 2023 campaign. With an expanded reach and renewed vigour, our objective is to generate substantial proceeds for our noble cause. We're thrilled that the dynamic students from IU-International University of Applied Sciences have come on board to craft the first-ever live gala fundraiser event in Munich, Germany, under the astute guidance of Prof. Dr. David Rempel, the Vice-Chairman of the HoteliersGuild Academy of Hospitality Arts.
Our campaign strategy combines pragmatism and creativity, offering all partners the chance to bring their unique expertise to the table. We've distilled our mission and advocacy priorities into a Context Summary to provide clarity and a sense of unified purpose.
Our focus is on the savvy, financially independent travellers, luxury consumers, our esteemed HoteliersGuild members, and loyal guests. Drawing insights from our inaugural virtual event, we aim to understand our audience better, engage their networks, and fine-tune our approach.
Central to our communication is a singular, potent message reflecting our values and mission. Our calls-to-action are designed for specific channels and audiences, igniting the spirit of giving and active participation.
Leveraging the reach of our partners, we'll engage our audience through diverse platforms like social media, webinars, interviews, newsletters, and online advertising. We'll champion cross-partner promotion, aiming to amplify our impact and optimise results.

Co-founder and Honorary Ambassador Lindsey Ueberroth, CEO of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, kicked off the fundraising rally by pledging a grant of €30,000 towards a scholarship for a needy Black and Minority Ethnic student at a leading hotel management school. Over the last few months, donations from our valued members have been pouring in, ranging from Michelin star dinners worth €500 to luxury safaris worth €15,000. All items were on offer at an auction with the proceeds going towards further scholarships for our NextGen hospitality leaders. A BIG THANK YOU to our wonderful friends and supporters.

Your generosity has already enabled over 50 scholarships, and 15 students are currently enrolled in Bachelor programs for hotel management at IU-International University of Applied Sciences. Inspired by this progress, we're eager to introduce the rejuvenated concept for the SIRIUS Academy Awards 2023 campaign. Our vision, bolstered by an expanded reach and renewed energy, is to further the cause by generating meaningful support.

HoteliersGuild is a recognised force for good with a mission to boldly advance sustainability, social responsibility and principled business practice with accountability and transparency via our alliances with experts, research and studies supervised by university professors, and the support from internationally renowned hoteliers/groups with state-of- the- art and proven sustainable practices in place. It is our pledge to honour excellence, to connect generations, and to preserve hospitality history.
We are in an elevated position to support the concept furthermore via the Leading Hôtelières and Hoteliers For Good initiatives, as well as the Forum Of Dialogue, with bundled expertise on research, responsible travel, sustainable architecture, conscious cuisine.
